Eleanor is five months old! She seems to be reaching a new milestone nearly every day, and her personality is really starting to show.

| Getting so big! |
December was a busy month for our little family. We celebrated Kevin's 33rd birthday, our 7 year anniversary, Christmas and New Years. Even though she's too young to to do much, we really enjoyed the holiday season with Eleanor. She loved (loves...) staring at the Christmas tree (we'll take it down soon!) and having us sing/hum Christmas carols to her. It was so much fun opening gifts with her on Christmas morning - though I'm pretty sure she was more interested in the wrapping paper than the gifts!

| My sweet girl |
She just started rolling from her back to her belly, and for not being able to crawl yet she can really scoot around! She kind of flops like a fish out of water, but she gets where she wants to go. She has been in 9 month clothes for a while, and it won't be long until she has outgrown those. She started teething right around Christmas (thanks Santa), and she's been going through a sleep regression since about that time as well. We didn't think we could regress from what little sleep we were getting, but we were wrong! At least we get to wake up to this beautiful smiling face every morning!

She currently enjoys being worn in the carrier (especially while vacuuming), sitting upright in her chair, watching us eat, playing peek-a-boo in the hallway mirror, tummy squishes, and splashing Daddy during bath time. Oh, and she'll never get tired of that ceiling fan!
